We are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator support our Colors Group business in St. Louis.  You will work cooperatively with team members service existing customers.   You will work in a team centric environment that provides opportunities for skill and career growth. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be responsible for order administration, processing, follow-up, contract review, problem resolution, and customer requests for multiple business units.   
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, debits, credits or returns.  Communicate with planners and shipping personnel to ensure on-time deliveries and advise customers of delays if needed.  Review production and shipping schedules to determine impact on customers expected deliveries.  
  • Perform a variety of customer transactions such as; order entry, processing, follow-up, and contract review. 
  • Work with account managers, product managers, sales administrative staff as well as shipping, production and lab to resolve discrepancies/missing information.  
  • Resolve routine customer issues and customer requests, communicate with account managers and customer service manager regarding any special situations.  

What You’ll Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 3-years of customer service experience.  
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately, professionally and completely, verbally and in writing. 
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise.  
  • Effective personal time management and organization skills.
  • Solid proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) and experience in a Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point) is desired

The hourly rate for this position is between $19.87- $28.85 per hour USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
