We are looking for a proficient and strategic marketing manager. You will lead and develop marketing plans, strategies and tactics to meet annual budget (revenue and profit) objectives as well as providing focus and direction to the sales organization with regard to market trends. 

This opportunity is 100% office-based at our Biñan City in Laguna, Philippines office.

What you will do: 

• Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape and customer preferences and provide actionable plans.
• Collaborating with various teams to identify and implement new products, services and marketing initiatives to develop effective product messaging, positioning and communication strategies.
• Evaluating customer feedback and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and technological advancements to provide recommendations to senior management.

What you will bring: 

• Position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree with an MBA (or similar advanced degree) strongly preferred.
• Minimum at least 2 years experiences in food, food ingredients, or flavors industry with a background in marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
