HR Generalist Turkey, Italy, South Africa

We are looking for a Senior HR and Recruiting Specialist (Turkey, Italy, South Africa) to join our team and support the Colors & Flavors businesses. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in our office in Gebze, Turkey, 5 days per week. 

What you’ll do:

• You will be responsible for the overall HR support: assist the HR Manager on various people projects in - and outside of Turkey. This is an international role, in which you can truly grow your career in HR. 
• Help maintain integrity of all HR databases/technologies including HRIS, Intranet, job descriptions, handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate 
• Handle various requests including HR procedures and system questions, troubleshooting on HRIS, Time & Attendance, Intranet and OneDrive 
• Support our recruiting processes, identify and move candidates through the hiring process, coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, new hire orientation processes and procedures 
• Provide support for performance management, merit cycle, learning and development, employee surveys and other HR projects
• Assist HR Manager with various research projects and/or other special projects, handle and follow up outsourced payroll process
