We are looking for a Senior HR and Recruiting Specialist (Turkey, Italy, South Africa) to join our team and support the Colors & Flavors businesses. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in our office in Gebze, Turkey, 5 days per week.
What you’ll do:
- You will be responsible for the overall HR support: assist the HR Manager on various people projects in - and outside of Turkey. This is an international role, in which you can truly grow your career in HR.
- Help maintain integrity of all HR databases/technologies including HRIS, Intranet, job descriptions, handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
- Handle various requests including HR procedures and system questions, troubleshooting on HRIS, Time & Attendance, Intranet and OneDrive
- Support our recruiting processes, identify and move candidates through the hiring process, coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, new hire orientation processes and procedures
- Provide support for performance management, merit cycle, learning and development, employee surveys and other HR projects
- Assist HR Manager with various research projects and/or other special projects, handle and follow up outsourced payroll process
What you’ll bring:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree
- Solid, proven experience in a Human Resources role in Turkey (mainly in payroll, HR processes, recruitment & general labor law)
- Knowledge of and experience with HRIS systems
- Proficiency with MS Office programs
- Willing to travel abroad occasionally
