Interested in applying to join us, but not sure how to begin? We’ve compiled a list of tips and advice from some current employees to help you get started.

Beginning a career with Sensient is a two-way process. Before applying, we encourage everyone to browse our site and learn about us. Get a feel for who we are, what we do, and our values. If it feels right, then it’s time to begin the process.
Step 1: Register
Create an account with Sensient Careers. Sign up as a “New User” and set your profile preferences to get job alerts in your region and area of interest.
Step 2: Apply
Once you find a role you’re qualified for that feels right, click the “Apply Now” button on the posting to apply. The system will guide you through the process.
Step 3: Assessment
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive email confirmation of receipt. Sensient recruiters will immediately have access to your application. They will match your skills, strengths, and areas of interest to our existing openings. If they identify a good fit, your application will move to the next step. For some defined roles, you will receive a link to an online assessment upon submission of your application.
Step 4: Phone Interview
You will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Upon completion, the recruiter will decide whether to move on to the interview step. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, this process can take a few weeks.
Step 5: Face-to-Face Interview
A face-to-face interview provides a great opportunity for us to assess your fit with our needs, and for you to gain a better understanding of the opportunity and how you fit with us. After the first round of interviews, you may be asked to return later for a second round, depending on the position. The entire interview process can span a period of several weeks.
Step 6: Selection
Successful applicants will receive a verbal offer followed by a written offer letter. (Offers are conditional, subject to referencing and other requirements. These vary depending upon the location and the role.)
