Interested in applying to join us, but not sure how to begin? We’ve compiled a list of tips and advice from some current employees to help you get started.

Beginning a career with Sensient is a two-way process. Before applying, we encourage everyone to browse our site and learn about us. Get a feel for who we are, what we do, and our values. If it feels right, then it’s time to begin the process.
Step 1: Register
Create an account with Sensient Careers. Sign up as a “New User” and set your profile preferences to get job alerts in your region and area of interest.
Step 2: Apply
Once you find a role you’re qualified for that feels right, click the “Apply Now” button on the posting to apply. The system will guide you through the process.
Step 3: Application Review
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive email confirmation of receipt. Sensient recruiters will immediately have access to your application. They will match your skills, strengths, and areas of interest to our existing openings. If they identify a good fit, your application will move to the next step.
Step 4: Phone/Video Interview
You will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone or video interview. Upon completion, the recruiter will share your profile with the Hiring Team for further review and consideration.
Step 5: Hiring Team Interview
Next, you will meet with the hiring team, usually in person, though some roles may begin with a virtual interview. This stage gives us a chance to learn more about your experience and how you might fit with our needs, and it allows you to get a deeper understanding of the role and our team. Depending on the position, you may have additional interviews.
Step 6: Selection
We strive to notify all applicants of our decisions. Even if you are not selected, we encourage you to keep your profile active and sign up for a Job Agent on our career site. New opportunities open regularly. By keeping your account active, Sensient recruiters will have access to your information when seeking qualified candidates for new roles.
