  • General manager

    Our General Management Development Program puts you in a direct reporting relationship with our CEO. It lasts a minimum of 18 months and will help you develop in your journey to becoming a strategic leader. You will travel globally, learn as you go, and receive feedback directly from Sensient’s CEO. This program is heavily focused on learning through experience in performing special projects. A readiness to relocate during and upon completion of the program is required.

    Controller

    Our Controller Program is designed based on a structured 30-, 60- and 90-day plan for success. The purpose is to understand the Controller’s roles and responsibilities within various departments.

    Flavorist

    Our Flavorist Trainee Program is a comprehensive six-year, structured program designed to develop the next generation of Sensient Flavorists. This program is aligned with the Society of Flavor Chemists certification requirements.

operations management

Our Operations Management Trainee Program lasts 1.5 to two years. During this time, you will learn the skills needed to supervise a team of chemical operators. You will gain experience within each functional area of the plant and develop the leadership skills needed for a role in Operations Management.

sales development training program

Our Sales Development Training Program will help you gain a deep knowledge of our company and product offering while working in our labs and supporting our customer service teams. Upon completion, you are placed in an available, open sales territory and must be willing and able to relocate.
