As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Sensient, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team, managing your own portfolio of valued customers and driving their success. Your role will be pivotal, providing essential support to our commercial team and ensuring seamless communication with internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.

What you’ll do:

• Provide customer support by answering technical information about the products and its proper use.
• Close sales and proceed with orders, customer records and all required documentation.
• Follow-up on samples for development projects and address any issues or needs to the technical team.
• Prepare monthly sales report of the assigned customer portfolio.
• Identify prospective customers and upselling opportunities. 

What you’ll bring:

• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Cosmetology a plus.
• Previous sales experience.
• English skills will be considered a differential. 
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner along with good communication skills.
• Experience in working both autonomously and in a team

Sensient Personal Care and Specialties Market (PCSM) develops, produces, and markets ingredients and high-quality colors for the personal care and cosmetics industry, as well as Specialty Colors for use in household and industrial cleaners, specialist coatings and agriculture product applications.
