HR Coordinator

As our temporary Human Resources Coordinator, you will be exposed to the full employee lifecycle. You will work full-time from our European Flavors' headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK.

What you will do:

• Use our HR system on a daily basis and run reports
• Help manage and maintain effective onboarding and offboarding processes
• Create various HR documentation based on templates
• Conduct internal HR audits
• Manage benefits administration, liaise with external vendors
• Provide overall HR support to your fellow colleagues

What you will bring:

• Excellent administration skills
• Some knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Ability to confidently work in the database
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
