Senior HR Generalist / HRBP, Milton Keynes

As our new Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing operational HR support and expertise in all areas of the employee life cycle, particularly in ER.  If you are passionate about fostering an engaging an productive work environment, this is the role for you.

This is a full-time office based role in our Milton Keynes Group office, 5 days a week.

What you will do:

• Act as a central HR contact person for the Business Unit advising on HR policies and procedures
• Effectively lead and manage employee relations issues (end-to-end processes) by researching, investigating, presenting solutions and ensuring successful closure of employee issues
• Effectively manage relationship with Trade Union representatives, balancing the business' and unions’ interests
• Participate in and lead the HR and payroll procedures and UK employee benefits
• Ensure compliance with employment law, Corporate & Group directives
• Ensure all onboarding and off-boarding activities are delivered and improvement action items followed up
• Support the annual performance management processes, as well as other HR projects
• Set up and facilitate employee Roundtable meetings, ensuring actions are assigned to action owners for completion
• Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly HR reporting and ensure data integrity is accurate for all HRIS technologies

• A true pro-active, hands-on approach, high level of employee engagement as well as the ability to successful monitor the "pulse" of employees 
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on this
• Proficiency in MS Office packages, with strong Excel reporting skills                       
• Ability to execute and thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment by delivering accurate results and meeting deadlines
