Senior Payroll Specialist

What you'll do:

• Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will process weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for approximately 1,700 US employees and manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner including benefit earnings/deduction codes.  
• Develop and maintain knowledge of external time and attendance systems that interface with Oracle Cloud HCM (Kronos Workforce Central). You will get to use your analytical and interpretive skills to coordinate and process payroll interfaces such as direct deposit, positive pay, garnishments, TALX, general ledger, tax, and others requiring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to test and implement any necessary changes to the Oracle Cloud HCM payroll system as well as time and attendance
• Provide excellent customer service skills to assist employees with any questions or concerns that may have related to payroll.

What you'll bring

• Your comprehensive experience processing payroll, analyzing payroll and time entry data and payroll tax (federal, state, local) knowledge is a must. 
• The ability to manage many priorities and navigate multiple systems (Oracle Cloud, Kronos, Equifax, ADP SmartCompliance, and Wells Fargo). 
• Excel proficiency required
