This opportunity is 100% office based in St Louis, MO.

AtSensient Food Colorsweplay a central role in the manufacture of Food & Beverage products by developing natural and synthetic coloring.We have a high performing and successful sales team in North America. Our best sales people are coming from diverse backgrounds and they have been surprised to seethat their efforts and projects are paying off for both themselves and the company, resulting in a very attractive income. 

What you’ll do:

• Rotate through key departments (R&D, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance) to actively learn how the business operates and how to sell effectively
• Work closely with a mentor to develop sales skills, build customer relationships, and prepare for full sales responsibility
• Manage and grow your own sales territory as a Sales Account Manager, driving business development and delivering results after completing training

What you’ll bring:

• Ideally, abachelor's degreein a Science or Business-related discipline. Lab- or other relevant experience may substitute for a degree 
• Flexibility. Your training will take place in St. Louis, Missouri. After successfully completing theprogram, we offer you your own territory throughout the US.
• Relocation may therefore be required after training.
• Passion.Your drive to succeed, andeagerness to grow within an entrepreneurial, innovative and results-driven sales team
