Join the growing Sensient Personal Care & Specialty Markets sales team as an Inside Sales Representative Mexico—a dynamic role focused on our vibrant personal & home care business. If you’re energized by engaging conversations, building relationships, and driving results, we want you to be part of our exciting journey.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of generating demand with both existing and prospective customers. Using a proactive and consultative approach, you’ll connect primarily via phone and online meetings—playing a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and fueling customer success.

What you’ll do:

  • You will be given ownership over sales and service with existing and potential customers for our personal & home care products. 
  • As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.
  • Follow-up on samples for development projects and address any issues or needs to the technical team. 
  • Prepare monthly sales report of the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in technical trainings, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating business related shows.

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent communication, project management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner.
  • Customer service and results orientation.
  • A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts.
  • Experience in a B2B environment, and ability to work with technical products.
  • Fluency in English languague. 
  • Driven, passionate, ambitious, competitive and collaborative personality with an entrepreneurial mindset.
