Product Manager Senior

This job is 100% on-site in our Cosmetics headquarters in Saint-Ouen L'Aumône (95), with occasional customer visits and cosmetic fairs across EMEA.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be a pivotal member to help define what success looks like for Sensient.

What you'll do:

• You will lead customer projects with the projects managers, from brief validation to commercialization
• Lead the holistic product strategy, incl. market & competitive analysis, new product development and go-to-market strategy
• Your goal is to cultivate the customers' interest in our products and services to strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth
• You will identify the value proposition, prepare the sales pitch and prepare regular product performance follow-up
• You define and implement strategies that support growth of our cosmetic, and homecare. This means you will lead the development and execution of category vision, whilst ensuring prioritization and proper communication across the organization

What you'll bring:

• We ask you to bring a degree/diploma as a Chemical Engineer or equivalent education to be able to identify potential strengths and gaps in products, processes, and technologies
• Since you will write performance and follow-up reports, we expect you to have business fluency in English (oral and written) and very good French skills
• Your examples of how you manage projects in a manufacturing environment will convince us of your experience in this area
• Because you will closely monitor the portfolio landscape, we ask you to bring a good understanding of cosmetic / homecare markets in EMEA 
• You are a commercial thinker and know how to make choices and prioritize projects concerning business opportunities. This includes strong communication skills, a pro-active approach and an analytical mindset to be comfortable in discussing technical details
