Pricing Specialist

We are looking for a Pricing and Costing Specialist to join our team and support the Colors & Flavors businesses in South Africa. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in the office.
What you’ll do:
- Manage implementation of the annual pricing plan as set by the management team
- Plan, coordinate and implement annual pricing adjustments communication plan for the South African business across all accounts and markets
- Lead and execute the pricing for all top Sensient customers, providing timely input and follow-up with the management team to finalize pricing decisions; This includes independently pricing all new business opportunities
- Coordinate, execute and align pricing for global tenders or bids between sales account manager & commercial management team
- Analyze prices and margins across full customer mix, monitor sales for price-volume anomalies and recommend corrective action
- Month-end cost accounting close, including standard rate adjustments
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ideally at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
