It is an exciting time at Sensient, where your individual performance will be rewarded with unlimited earning potential.  Our Sales Account Managers are provided a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential and full benefits! This position will focus on growing our business mostly in NSW, and potentially in other states. You will work full time from your Sydney based home office. You will be required to travel across NSW and occasionally interstate for customer activity, and to our Australian head office in Keysborough Victoria. 

As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell our top-shelf, value-added flavours and colours portfolio to world-class customers. You will be an intricate part of the Food, Pharma and Personal care commercial team, responsible for developing and delivering sales activities.

You will be given ownership over your sales territory and expected to manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboarding new prospects. As a part of a dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success!

What you will do:

  • Implement business develop strategies to approach prospects and gain new accounts.
  • Savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience, ideally food ingredients/Pharma/Personal Care.
  • Able to navigate large accounts and partner with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects.
  • Understand Sensient offering of product solutions and services. Annual selling price review with customer, including price negotiation.
  • Ensure sustainable growth in gaining new accounts while maintaining customer satisfaction whilst keeping in line with company compliance.
