This exciting opportunity is 100% office based at our Jakarta office.
What you will do:
Strategic Account Growth & Portfolio Management
- Managing Client Portfolios (Item 1 & 7): Acting as the central point of contact for high-value clients to ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Generating Sales & Revenue (Item 6 & 9): Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing clients and using referrals for new acquisitions.
- Strategic Planning (Item 2 & 9): Analyzing the client’s market position, product differentiation, and competitive landscape to propose strategies that add value.
2. Relationship Management & Customer Experience
- Building Partnerships (Item 3): Developing trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure client loyalty.
- Responsive Support (Item 4): Providing timely responses to customer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Networking (Item 10): Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and through in-person client visits to foster rapport.
3. Project & Feedback Management
- Liaison Between Teams (Item 5): Managing client input and feedback on projects, communicating these needs to internal product or creative teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Setting Timelines (Item 5): Developing detailed timelines and managing expectations regarding deliverables.
4. Sales Metrics & Reporting
- Monitoring Metrics (Item 8): Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer health scores, net promoter scores (NPS), and churn rates.
- Reporting (Item 7): Preparing regular status reports on account activity and profitability for company leadership.

Who are we looking for?
- You're self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented.
- At least Bachelor Degree in Food Science, chemistry or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience in B2B sales in Food and Beverage, chemical or Pharma industry.
- Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
