QA Specialist I

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre service Qualité, nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste Qualité (CDD 6 mois) pour assurer le suivi opérationnel de la qualité interne et externe. Rattaché(e) au responsable Qualité produit, vous serez notamment responsable de la gestion des réclamations clients et fournisseurs, ainsi que du traitement des questionnaires Qualité et des cahiers des charges, sur site, 5 jours par semaine.
Vos missions:
Gérer, analyser et traiter les réclamations clients et fournisseurs
Suivre les actions correctives et préventives et en assurer l’efficacité.
Piloter les enquêtes internes, analyser les données et proposer des axes d’amélioration.
Répondre aux questionnaires Qualité et participer à la mise à jour des cahiers des charges et des spécifications.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes (production, supply chain, R&D, commercial) pour garantir la conformité produit.
Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du responsable Qualité.
Réaliser la revue des dossiers de lot, effectuer leur validation Qualité selon les procédures en vigueur et participer à l’investigation des résultats d’analyse hors spécifications.
Votre profil :
Formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en Qualité, Chimie, Biochimie ou équivalent.
Une première expérience en gestion des réclamations ou en Qualité (alternance comprise) est un atout.
Rigueur, capacité d’analyse, sens du service client.
Aisance relationnelle et capacité à interagir avec différents interlocuteurs et dans un environnement changeant
Connaissance des outils de résolution de problème (Ishikawa, 5P, QQOQCP ..) appréciée
Maitrise de l’anglais (écrit, oral)
