JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of compliant quality systems to support the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ISO 9001 audits and the maintenance of document control system;
- Conducts audits to ensure the compliance with ISO regulation and other audits required by customers (such Natura, O Boticario, SMETA, etc);
- Executes based on priority improvement initiatives to achieve Plant Level KPI's;
- Captures customer complaints, execute root cause analysis and implement corrective actions; frequent communication customers-suppliers;
- Power BI control and awareness; responsible to input information at Sales Force
- Seeks for methods of improving service to our customers both internal and external;
- Implements programs to evaluate and improve the quality of products, material and/or operations;
- Collects and analyze data to recommend business practices and procedures that focus on safety, productivity and cost;
- Trains on GMP practices and new standards or methods;
- Executes the process of homologation and qualification of suppliers;
- Responsible to follow up licenses maintenance and provide information during audit visit approvals;
- Responsible to monitored KPI complaints, repeat complaints, stablish actions plans to mitigation quality issues in Latin America, monitored time code creation;
- Responsible for actions related to merge CNPJ for all Quality Assurance inputs;
- Responsible for licenses Ibama, Pharma, Cetesb, Visa/Anvisa, Federal Police, Civil Police, Army, and hazardous material;
- Conducts all requirements to implement ISO 9001 at Jundiai manufacture site
- Management of deliveries from Quality Control to ensure compliance with Sensient quality requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Organizational skills;
- Outstanding time management, planning and priority setting;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Results driven, flawless execution, problem solving attitude.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Fluency in English is required
