2nd Shift Superintendent of Operations | Amboy, IL, United States
Join us as a 2nd Shift Superintendent of Operations at Sensient Technologies. In this role, you’ll oversee our facility’s operations and management from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. As the primary authority on-site during these hours, you’ll ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and a safe work environment is maintained for all. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our success during the night shift.
What you’ll do:
- Foster a safe workplace by enforcing safety regulations and providing thorough training to enhance employee understanding of safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
- Ensure efficient use of staff and equipment to meet production goals and uphold product quality standards.
- Lead and develop the team in a professional environment.

- A strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in various systems, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of production and management.
