The Manager Logistics oversees Import and Export as well as Logistics for our Food Colors, Food Flavors, and Cosmetic China business units in alignment with business demands. You will be responsible for managing the team and directing operations to surpass both internal and external customer expectations.
This exciting opportunity is 100% office-based at our Guangzhou office, China.
What you will do:
- Responsible for overseeing import and export operations, monitoring global logistics trends, and identifying optimal transportation solutions to enhance business requirements while cutting costs and enhancing efficiency.
- Maintaining open dialogue with regulatory bodies, staying abreast of import and export policies updates, and ensuring compliance with all pertinent regulations.
- In charge of domestic transportation, assessing and refining the logistics network, and cultivating third-party logistics partnerships to align with company objectives.
- Proposing ongoing process enhancements and implementing a robust logistics operational management framework for streamlined operations.
What you will bring on:
- Experience in logistics management role.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international logistic.
- Strong communication and leadership skill.
- Fluency in English in both written and speaking.
