Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Account Manager at Sensient Flavors & Extracts!
Are you a dynamic sales professional who thrives on generating demand and building strong customer relationships? Sensient Flavors & Extracts is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to focus on our exciting Savory Flavors accounts!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving growth by proactively engaging with both existing and potential customers. You’ll utilize your skills in demand generation and customer onboarding, primarily through direct phone and online communication, with the opportunity to occasionally visit key accounts in the field.

What you’ll do:

  • You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.
  • You will focus on, initiate, and maintain sales and service with existing and potential customers for our Flavors and Extracts markets in North America.
  • You will work cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • A university degree in business or the sciences.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, experience in B2B sales (ingredient or specialty chemical preferred), and technical acumen.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation.
  • Experience in CRM/Salesforce a plus
