Who are you?
You are a Savory Flavorist with a passion for crafting distinct and innovative flavor profiles that redefine the savory spectrum. With your expert palate and deep understanding of raw materials, ingredients, and chemical interactions, you excel at creating unique flavor experiences tailored to the precise needs of each savory project.

In this role, you will apply your extensive knowledge of savory flavor creation, for broths, sauces, and seasonings, delivering bold, authentic, and nuanced taste profiles. Your mastery of complex, technical processes such as reaction flavors, natural extraction methods, and culinary science will be critical to developing high-performing flavors that captivate consumers.

At Sensient, you will be at the forefront of flavor innovation, using your expertise to design and refine savory flavors for diverse applications, collaborating with internal teams to bring these innovative creations to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate cutting-edge savory flavor solutions that align with customer requirements and market trends
• Stay abreast of emerging flavor technologies and raw materials, incorporating them into your work to push the boundaries of savory flavor science
• Utilize your deep technical knowledge of flavor chemistry to enhance the taste and performance of savory products across various categories
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of flavors into final product formulations
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Savory Flavorist, with a strong portfolio of successful flavor formulations
• Expertise in flavor chemistry, food science
• Strong understanding of the savory flavor landscape, including reaction flavors, thermal processing, and other complex technical processes
