JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of compliant quality systems to support the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ISO 9001 audits and the maintenance of document control system;
  • Conducts audits to ensure the compliance with ISO regulation and other audits required by customers (such Natura, O Boticario, SMETA, etc);
  • Executes based on priority improvement initiatives to achieve Plant Level KPI's;
  • Captures customer complaints, execute root cause analysis and implement corrective actions; frequent communication customers-suppliers;
  • Power BI control and awareness; responsible to input information at Sales Force
  • Seeks for methods of improving service to our customers both internal and external;
  • Implements programs to evaluate and improve the quality of products, material and/or operations;
  • Collects and analyze data to recommend business practices and procedures that focus on safety, productivity and cost;
  • Trains on GMP practices and new standards or methods;
  • Executes the process of homologation and qualification of suppliers;
  • Responsible to follow up licenses maintenance and provide information during audit visit approvals;
  • Responsible to monitored KPI complaints, repeat complaints, stablish actions plans to mitigation quality issues in Latin America, monitored time code creation;
  • Responsible for actions related to merge CNPJ for all Quality Assurance inputs;
  • Responsible for licenses Ibama, Pharma, Cetesb, Visa/Anvisa, Federal Police, Civil Police, Army, and hazardous material;
  • Conducts all requirements to implement ISO 9001 at Jundiai manufacture site
  • Management of deliveries from Quality Control to ensure compliance with Sensient quality requirements

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Organizational skills;

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Results driven, flawless execution, problem solving attitude.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Microsoft skills
