Sales Support Coordinator

Sensient Technologies New Zealand, is a fast growing business unit within the Sensient Flavours & Colours, Asia-Pacific Group. We provide quality food ingredients to our customers on a world-wide basis, and are highly successful through our attention to customer service, creative technological innovation and product quality. We currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at our Mt Wellington, Auckland facility. In this role, you would be working with the sales team and working closely with other teams such as customer service.
What you will do:
- Supporting the sales team in managing their customer portfolios, documents requests and preparing quotes
- Business review preparation for the Sales Account Managers
- Providing cover for Account Managers while on leave.
- Responding to new customer enquiries.
- Implementing inside sales marketing campaigns
What you will bring:
- Motivated, a good communicator, organized and available to work in New Zealand
- A bachelor's degree in business or a scientific discipline, i.e. chemistry, food technology or similar education
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner
