Analytics Team: Lead flavor research and analysis using instrumentation like HPLC, GC, and GC-MS. Improve and develop lab workflows and methodologies. Mentor staff to ensure both technical excellence and financial success through collaborative efforts.
Flavor Creation Team: Develop innovative flavors across diverse market segments, including Beverage, Savory, and Sweet. Work closely with customers and our Applications Teams to deliver impactful, tailored solutions which drive growth and exceed market expectations.
Sensory Team: Design and execute sensory and consumer research to provide in-depth understanding of products and consumers for product development, optimization and maintenance. Conduct panels and apply statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights. Lead training of cross-functional teams and customers in flavor language.
Innovation Team: Utilize scientific expertise to develop cutting-edge ingredients, formulations, and technologies. Contribute to groundbreaking product advancements. Collaborate with a global network of Sensient scientists to shape our industry's future.
Applications Team: Partner with customers in labs and at their facilities to bring their product visions to life. Solve challenges, provide creative solutions to deliver innovative products which align with customer goals across various industries.

Sample Lab Technician
Sensient Technologies (Thailand) Ltd. is located in downtown Bangkok. We offer you a pleasant office environment, a friendly working atmosphere and a bright career opportunity. In your role, you will prepare samples that are necessary to promote library flavors and colors taken from sampling lab inventory or are new formulations, as well as perform routine tasks aimed at assisting Application Technologists in the conduct of daily laboratory activities.
What you'll do:
- Provide all samples requested using appropriate equipment and procedures, and preparing the samples with labelling and all related documentation for sample submission and delivery to customers or affiliates.
- Maintain and monitor inventory of Flavors and Colors, other raw materials and packaging for samples’ preparation as well as initiates requests for Library Replenishment samples from affiliates.
- Evaluate and update Flavors in library with Flavorist and application team.
- Generate all required documentation for orders (spec, MSDS, Kosher, etc.) as defined by the sample request and record incoming product samples and informs recipients accordingly
- Perform stability testing, triangle testing, sensory evaluation of Flavors as required and communicates results to formulator.
- Maintains and monitors inventory of office and laboratory suppliers and generates purchase requests to replenish stocks.
- Seek to improve ways and methods to become more efficient and better serve the customer, both internal and external.
What you'll bring:
- Ideally, you hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, or applied sciences.
- We are looking for someone with 6 months – 1 year in laboratory experience
- Eager to learn, organizational skills, and basic knowledge of laboratory cleaning equipment and tools
- Abilities to perform efficiently and amicably while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
