Analytics Team: Lead flavor research and analysis using instrumentation like HPLC, GC, and GC-MS. Improve and develop lab workflows and methodologies. Mentor staff to ensure both technical excellence and financial success through collaborative efforts.
Flavor Creation Team: Develop innovative flavors across diverse market segments, including Beverage, Savory, and Sweet. Work closely with customers and our Applications Teams to deliver impactful, tailored solutions which drive growth and exceed market expectations.
Sensory Team: Design and execute sensory and consumer research to provide in-depth understanding of products and consumers for product development, optimization and maintenance. Conduct panels and apply statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights. Lead training of cross-functional teams and customers in flavor language.
Innovation Team: Utilize scientific expertise to develop cutting-edge ingredients, formulations, and technologies. Contribute to groundbreaking product advancements. Collaborate with a global network of Sensient scientists to shape our industry's future.
Applications Team: Partner with customers in labs and at their facilities to bring their product visions to life. Solve challenges, provide creative solutions to deliver innovative products which align with customer goals across various industries.

Mitarbeiter Musterabteilung
Als Mitarbeiter Musterabteilung sichern Sie die Gewährleistung eines fehlerfreien und termingerechten Musterversandes entsprechend der Konzernvorgaben. In dieser Funktion arbeiten sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit diverse Fachabteilungen wie z.B. Verkauf, Lager, Forschung & Entwicklung und Anwendungstechnik.
Was Sie tun werden:
- Bevorratung mit Mustermaterial sämtlicher lieferbarer Produkte (insbesondere A-Produkte) aus aktueller Produktion
- Termingerechte Erledigung von Muster- und zum Teil auch von Kleinaufträgen durch Abfüllung in geeignetes, genormtes Verpackungsmaterial, gemäß Konzernvorgabe
- Organisation des Musterversandes gemäß Vorgaben der betreffenden Musteranfrage und in direkter Kommunikation mit ausgewählten Logistikdienstleistern
- Abwicklung des täglichen Musterversands an externe Labore und Dienstleister
- Versand von Anwendungsmustern und Edible Samples unter Einhalten von strikten Hygieneregeln
- Kontrolle und Überwachung des Freigabestatus der zu versendenden Mustermaterialien
- Erstellung von Lieferschein und ggf. Rechnung zum Musterversand
- Bereitstellung der geforderten technischen Begleitdokumente zum Musterversand wie Produktspezifikation, Analysenzertifikat etc.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Fachkenntnisse entsprechend einer abgeschlossenen 2jährigen Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbarer Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung & im internationalem Versand. Erfahrung im Gefahrgutversand von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung eines Warenwirtschaftsprogramms, Salesforce und MS Office-Programme
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Teamfähigkeit sowie konstruktive Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und systematische Arbeitsweise
