Senior Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a significant contributor to the overall improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics efficiency and effectiveness for Sensient.  You will utilize your data analytical skills to drive strategy and operational performance in the various areas of supply chain and logistics operations.

What You’ll Do:  

• Implement business intelligence and reporting solutions that facilitates gap closing discussions 
• Maintain an analytics process that is credible at all levels of the organization through continuous improvement, standard processes, best practices, and data governance
• Collaborate with a cross functional stake holders to identify pain points, data usage, and reporting requirements  
• Collect requirements from the business, propose ideas for improvement, design processes, and lead others to execute actions 
• Design data models to integrate sources from various applications and technologies, and curate data to serve as a single source of truth for KPIs
• Adopt best practices for data visualization to showcase data effectively and consistently, and facilitate good data visualization/presentation techniques across the team

What You’ll Bring: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business
• Solid years of experience in data analytics preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience using SQL, JDE ,Excel, PowerBI and Cognos preferred.  
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets such as Excel, Access, Tableau 
• Adept with queries, report writing and presenting findings
