Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
In dieser Position sichern Sie einen reibungslosen administrativen Ablauf im Bereich Outbound, für unsere Food Colors Abteilung.
Was Sie tun werden:
- Administrative Versandbearbeitung der Kundenaufträge innerhalb des Betriebes
- Erstellung von Etiketten und Versandpapiere (Lieferscheine, Rechnungen, andere Zusatzdokumente)
- Steuern von Gefahrgutaufträgen
- Bestätigung der in/externen Versand- und Abholtermine
- Überwachung der Transporte
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden und der internen Fachabteilungen
- Abwicklung / Organisation von Warenrückholungen
- Anmeldung der innergemeinschaftlichen Warensendungen zur Intrahandelsstatistik
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Eine abgeschlossene 3-jährige kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im administrativen Versand
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung eines Warenwirtschaftsprogramms, Salesforce und MS Office
