Shipping Supervisor
In dieser Position in unserer Niederlassung in Geesthacht, haben Sie die fachliche Leitung für den Teilbereich Shipping innerhalb des Supply Chain Teams und Sie sichern den reibungslosen Ablauf im Bereich Outbound.
Was Sie tun werden:
- Sie leiten das Shipping Team und koordinieren die täglichen Aufgaben in diesem Fachbereich
- Sie leiten fachbezogene Projekte und optimieren die Prozesse in Ihrem Bereich
- Sie sind hands-on tätig und erstellen Etiketten, Versandpapiere und erledigen Versandarbeiten für die Kunden
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die gesamte kundenbezogene Administration effektiv erledigt wird. Dies beinhaltet Zollerklärungen, Warenverkehrsbescheinigungen, Gefahrgutaufträge und ähnliches
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Transporte und die Anmeldung zur Intrahandelsstatistik
- Ihr Ziel ist die Kundenzufriedenheit und Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen mit den Kunden effektiv und zeitnah, inkl Warenrückholungen falls erforderlich
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Fachkenntnisse entsprechend einer abgeschlossenen 3-jährigen kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung
- Vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im administrativen Versand kann eine Ausbildung ersetzen
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung eines Warenwirtschaftsprogramms, Salesforce und MS Office
