Flavorist / R&D Apprentice

Analytics Team: Lead flavor research and analysis using instrumentation like HPLC, GC, and GC-MS. Improve and develop lab workflows and methodologies. Mentor staff to ensure both technical excellence and financial success through collaborative efforts.
Flavor Creation Team: Develop innovative flavors across diverse market segments, including Beverage, Savory, and Sweet. Work closely with customers and our Applications Teams to deliver impactful, tailored solutions which drive growth and exceed market expectations.
Sensory Team: Design and execute sensory and consumer research to provide in-depth understanding of products and consumers for product development, optimization and maintenance. Conduct panels and apply statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights. Lead training of cross-functional teams and customers in flavor language.
Innovation Team: Utilize scientific expertise to develop cutting-edge ingredients, formulations, and technologies. Contribute to groundbreaking product advancements. Collaborate with a global network of Sensient scientists to shape our industry's future.
Applications Team: Partner with customers in labs and at their facilities to bring their product visions to life. Solve challenges, provide creative solutions to deliver innovative products which align with customer goals across various industries.

Flavorist / R&D Apprentice

Nous cherchons un.e apprenti.e aromaticien.ne qui sera basé.e sur le site de Illkirch-Graffenstaden, (Bas-Rhin, France) pour rejoindre notre équipe dans le cadre d’un contrat d’apprentissage de 2 ans (septembre 2025-aout 2027).
Rattaché.e à un.e aromaticien.ne, vous serez en charge de l’aider dans la réalisation de projets de développement clients ou internes d’arômes alimentaires pour le marché des produits salés.
Vos missions :
- Pesée de formules d’arômes et utilisation de logiciels pour la gestion des formules
- Application des arômes, préparation et participation à des dégustations et analyses sensorielles
- Gestion de projets en autonomie partielle
- Envoi d’échantillons et gestion du stock d’ingrédients, matières et consommables
- Rédaction d’un mémoire en partenariat avec l’école
Votre profil :
- Master professionnel de l’ISIPCA ou de l’ESP (FESAPCA), idéalement une licence en chimie ou biochimie ou en agro-alimentaire,
- Créatif.ve, Organisé.e, rigoureux.se, avec la capacité de travailler en autonomie partielle et de gérer plusieurs missions en parallèle,
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel),
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit, oral)
Le poste est en présentiel, basé dans notre centre d’excellence d’Illkirch-Graffenstaden (proche de Strasbourg), 35 heures de travail répartis sur 5 jours par semaine du lundi au vendredi. Les employés bénéficient des tickets restaurant.
