What will you gain? In our Sales Development Training Program, you will gain a deep knowledge of our products and customers by working in our labs and supporting our customer service teams. With this critical foundation, you will learn how to generate sales with existing and potential customers. You will work under the direct oversight of your business’s Commercial Director. You will receive individualized coaching from our program coordinator, who we hand-selected from the ranks of our highest-achieving sales professionals to develop the next generation of sales superstars. You also will have the rare and extraordinary opportunity to participate in a CEO-led small group training on sales fundamentals. You will form a community with your peers in the program, developing friendships and professional connections to last a lifetime.

Prior graduates of our Sales Development Training Program are some of our most successful Sales Account Managers and sales leaders. If you are energized by the potential to earn an uncapped sales incentive by selling interesting products to engaging customers – and are willing to put in the effort to learn what you need to know to succeed – this is the program for you.

The Sales Development Training Program lasts a minimum of two years. Upon completion, you are placed in an available open sales territory, and therefore must be willing and able to relocate upon completion of the program.

What you’ll do:

  • Learn our business in the field of food color ingredients, rotating in various key departments (R&D, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Sales) 
  • Work with a great mentor, who will ensure you become the Salesperson you're dreaming to be 
  • Once your training is completed, a secured Sales Account Manager role with ownership over your own sales territory and the ability to manage and grow your business 

What you’ll bring?

  • Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business-related discipline. 
  • Flexibility. Your training will take place in St. Louis, Missouri. After successfully completing the program, we offer you your own territory throughout the US. Relocation may therefore be required after training.
