Estamos procurando um Representante de Atendimento ao Cliente para se juntar à nossa equipe e dar suporte ao negócio de Cores em Santana de Parnaíba/SP. Você realizará as operações diárias de atendimento aos clientes, seguindo o processo para garantir que os pedidos sejam entregues no prazo e na íntegra. Esta é uma posição chave da equipe Sensient, onde você irá agregar valor e contribuir para os resultados. A posição é presencial nos 5 dias da semana.
O que você fará:
- Realizar contato com clientes;
- Receber e planejar pedidos de clientes e distribuidores;
- Inserir ordens e definir o faturamento da unidade Sensient para envio do pedido;
- Prestar suporte para Gerente de Contas;
- Prestar suporte a clientes, verificando disponibilidade do produto;
- Responder ou redirecionar todas as informações solicitadas pelas clientes;
- Solicitar contato da Equipe Técnica para problemas de qualidade ou aplicação.
- Realizar contato com às equipes internas de Supply Chain, Qualidade, Comércio Exterior e Armazém para suporte ao atendimento dos pedidos;
Requisitos:
• Bacharelado em Quimica, Administração, Engenharia, ou áreas afins
• Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência relacionada
• Inglês intermediário/avançado
