Analytics Team: Lead flavor research and analysis using instrumentation like HPLC, GC, and GC-MS. Improve and develop lab workflows and methodologies. Mentor staff to ensure both technical excellence and financial success through collaborative efforts.
Flavor Creation Team: Develop innovative flavors across diverse market segments, including Beverage, Savory, and Sweet. Work closely with customers and our Applications Teams to deliver impactful, tailored solutions which drive growth and exceed market expectations.
Sensory Team: Design and execute sensory and consumer research to provide in-depth understanding of products and consumers for product development, optimization and maintenance. Conduct panels and apply statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights. Lead training of cross-functional teams and customers in flavor language.
Innovation Team: Utilize scientific expertise to develop cutting-edge ingredients, formulations, and technologies. Contribute to groundbreaking product advancements. Collaborate with a global network of Sensient scientists to shape our industry's future.
Applications Team: Partner with customers in labs and at their facilities to bring their product visions to life. Solve challenges, provide creative solutions to deliver innovative products which align with customer goals across various industries.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Services Manager (TSM) will be responsible for conducting programs and projects involving formulations in order to develop the in-house knowledge of the technology and application as well as provide technical service to clients and prospects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and create new sensorial formulation, especially for make-up cosmetics;
- Reproduce existing formula of portfolio (creams, body lotions, soaps, lipsticks, foundations, etc)
- Assist Sales Staff to attend customer demands in terms of formulation (trends, aesthetics, new shades)
- Support trainings with customers, sales initiatives and expositions
- Support stability tests of formulation and generate data for technical documents
- Respond to client requirements, analyze opportunities and problems, and initiate/provide creative solutions
- Attend webinars and online trainings
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on customer needs and timing.
- Ability to work independently and also with a team
- Pro-active, problem solving attitude, focused on activities/ flawless execution.
- Analytical instrument knowledge; product, processing and testing knowledge, including the ability to understand and explain results
- Multi task ability
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience of 3 or more years in formulation development;
- English Fluency
