Junior Technical Service Manager

We are looking for a Junior Technical Services Manager who will support sales by providing technical expertise and custom flavor solutions to foodservice customers, helping build strong partnerships and promote Sensient’s value-added product portfolio.
What you’ll do:
- As a Junior Technical Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and strengthen partnerships in the foodservice space, supporting the sale of our top-shelf, value-added flavors portfolio to world-class customers in the US.
- You will partner with our commercial team to bring custom solutions for a broad base of foodservice customers. As a part of this dynamic team, you will collaborate with the internal team for support and ensure your success!
- You will act as technical expert of Sensient products and educate our customers on the value and usage of our products.
- You will work with the full range of foodservice companies, ranging from direct brands to co-manufacturers, to position our products and technology.
What you’ll bring:
- A college degree in business or sciences required plus 3+ years’ experience in related field preferred.
- A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and position highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
- A strong technical background in Foodservice segment of the Food & Beverage industry.
- Partner and support sales and R&D with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects.

About Sensient Flavors:
Sensient Flavors offers innovative, global taste solutions and specialized flavor delivery systems that help bring life to your food and beverage products. Our leading-edge technologies reflect our core philosophies to be dynamic and innovative and to add value to your applications.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
SPONSORSHP: Due to our inability to offer visa sponsorship, we can only consider candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
RELOCATION: We are unable to offer relocation assistance. The successful candidate will be expected to work at Hoffman Estates, IL and must reside in area or be willing to commute.
