Buscamos un Especialista de Precios para unirse a nuestro equipo y apoyar el negocio de Sabores en Tlalnepantla. Esta persona deberá contar con experiencia sólida en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de precios para los productos de la compañía. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con varios departamentos, incluyendo ventas, producción y finanzas. Será responsable de gestionar la estrategia de precios y de producto para las unidades de negocio de Sabores, impulsando el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del portafolio.
Lo que harás:
- Analizar tendencias de mercado y datos para proporcionar la mejor orientación de precios y cumplir con los requerimientos de los clientes.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos como ventas, producto y costos para identificar y resolver problemas relacionados con precios.
- Gestionar el día a día de precios a clientes, procesos de comercialización y comunicación.
- Guiar los requerimientos del cliente y los procesos de comercialización en todas las iniciativas relacionadas con precios, incluyendo lanzamientos de nuevos productos.
- Aportar liderazgo dentro del equipo comercial en la definición de estrategias de precios que impulsen el crecimiento con mejora de márgenes.
- Implementar el ciclo de planeación con clientes, trabajando con ventas y finanzas en la negociación de precios anuales, asegurando la recuperación del impacto en el P&L y maximizando oportunidades.
- Actuar como socio de negocio del equipo de ventas en la gestión transversal de iniciativas clave con clientes, RFPs y otros escenarios de defensa o captura de negocio.

- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con Marketing y Ventas para desarrollar estrategias de precios a largo plazo y gestionar planes de negocio que mejoren la rentabilidad del portafolio.
