This is an opportunity for you to be part of it all.  We are looking for a SeniorMarketing Specialist to our team.  This exciting position will require you to use all your skills to understand, plan and accelerate the overall Flavors & Extracts strategic goals.

This position is full time office-based in our regional HQ in Tlalnepantla.

What You Will Do:

• Customer Engagement: Manage the nurture phase of customer relationships, develop customer-centric product concepts, create success plans with Sales and R&D, and support outbound/inbound marketing activities like content creation and trade shows/events.
• Profitability & growth: Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Determine gross-profit plans by item and product line according with market price and performance and by forecasting according to annual sales quotas for regions.
• Content Creation & Creative Lead: Lead the creation of digital assets with agency partners, collaborate with PR and R&D for original content on flavor trends, and ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and sales strategy.
• Market Insights & Trend Spotting: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, analyze data, and track the competitive landscape to help shape future strategies and translate them into actions.

What You Will Bring:

• 4-7 years of marketing, culinary, or creative agency experience, preferably in the food or flavor industry.
• A degree in Food Science, Social Sciences, Marketing (MBA preferred).
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English, creativity, and the ability to work well with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with marketing software like Mintel, Euromonitor, and TasteWise, and experience in market research and pricing strategies.
