CVIII/Process Coordinator

DESCRIPCIÓN
Coordina el turno establecido, en las líneas de producción asignadas, con base en procedimientos específicos, para asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo de las órdenes de producción.
¿QUÉ HARÁS?
- Coordina al personal operativo a su cargo asegurando que el producto cuente con las características específicas en calidad, inocuidad y seguridad.
- Responsable de que los productos elaborados sean almacenados en tiempo y forma.
- Captura de Ordenes de Producción en sistema.
- Supervisar personalmente los procesos.
- Seguimiento a indicadores de Producción.
¿QUÉ CONOCIMIENTOS APORTARÁS?
- Conocimiento de los procesos productivos.
- Conocimiento del programa de alérgenos.
- Conocimiento del programa de limpieza y desinfección.
- Conocimiento del programa de Control de Productos Químicos.
- Manejo básico de la regla de tres y conversiones.
