What you will do:
- Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of plant equipment and processes.
- Constructs, maintains, tests and fix mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components. Uses measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the documentation of maintenance practices and design changes on specialized equipment.
- Work directly with the team staff to improve the preventive maintenance job.
- Respond prompt to fix the machine issue on site or on facility.
- Help to fix the equipment issue in production process.
What you will bring:
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance，has the experience on Time-base maintenance and Condition-base maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical design, troubleshooting and implementation, have the low voltage electrical certificate.
- Knowledge of Breakdown maintenance.
- Familiar with the basic mechanical relate knowledge.
- Familiar with the hydraulic pressure system principle and maintenance.
- Know PLC and automation control system will be preferable.
- Collaboration.
- Accountability.
