Qué harás:
- Desarrollo, evaluación y control de proveedores de la empresa para garantizar un buen manejo de proveedores aprobados.
- Solicitar cotizaciones para la compra de insumos, materias primas, equipos y /o materiales para la empresa.
- Elaborar, tramitar las órdenes de compra aprobadas por las jefaturas y entregar a contabilidad la documentación para los pagos.
- Gestión y seguimiento de las compras de los materiales y/o servicios necesarios para la empresa.
- Mantener la retroalimentación de la información con los proveedores mediante comunicación escrita; sobre rechazos, devoluciones y demás observaciones sobre sus productos y/o materiales.
- Homologación de insumos y /o materias primas.
- Emitir reportes mensuales del seguimiento compras, stock, antigüedad de inventarios y/o lo que solicite por la Gerencia.
Lo que esperamos de ti:
- Bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Logistica, Comercio Exterior o afines.
- Mínimo 02 años en puestos similares o en el área.
- Experiencia en gestión de Compras y cadena de suministros.
- Control de inventarios.
- Comercio Exterior.
- Planeamiento de Materiales.
- Ingles Avanzado.
Proactividad – Te mantienes atento a tu trabajo y haces preguntas cuando no comprendes alguna parte del proceso. Propones soluciones ante los problemas.
Comunicación – Disfrutas y eres bueno comunicándote y trabajando con personas de diferentes entornos.
Responsabilidad –Estás orgulloso de tu Trabajo y te gusta hacer las cosas de manera correcta.
