Analytics Team: Lead flavor research and analysis using instrumentation like HPLC, GC, and GC-MS. Improve and develop lab workflows and methodologies. Mentor staff to ensure both technical excellence and financial success through collaborative efforts.
Flavor Creation Team: Develop innovative flavors across diverse market segments, including Beverage, Savory, and Sweet. Work closely with customers and our Applications Teams to deliver impactful, tailored solutions which drive growth and exceed market expectations.
Sensory Team: Design and execute sensory and consumer research to provide in-depth understanding of products and consumers for product development, optimization and maintenance. Conduct panels and apply statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights. Lead training of cross-functional teams and customers in flavor language.
Innovation Team: Utilize scientific expertise to develop cutting-edge ingredients, formulations, and technologies. Contribute to groundbreaking product advancements. Collaborate with a global network of Sensient scientists to shape our industry's future.
Applications Team: Partner with customers in labs and at their facilities to bring their product visions to life. Solve challenges, provide creative solutions to deliver innovative products which align with customer goals across various industries.

Buscamos un Compounder para unirse a nuestro equipo y desempeñar un papel fundamental en el respaldo de una amplia gama de actividades para la aplicación de sabores de confitería, lácteos, panificación y helados.
Qué harás:
- Realizar de forma independiente la preparación rutinaria de muestras para análisis de sabor
- Mantener registros precisos y detallados de la preparación de muestras y otros datos experimentales
- Impulsar el trabajo del proyecto hasta su finalización de manera oportuna para respaldar los objetivos comerciales
- Brindar apoyo con otro análisis según sea necesario (punto de inflamación, índice de refracción, gravedad específica, color)
- Brindar apoyo en la preparación de compuestos según sea necesario de sabores líquidos/en polvo
- Colaborar con especialistas en sabor, científicos de alimentos, científicos sensoriales, de calidad, regulatorios y otros científicos según sea necesario
- Ayudar a coordinar las metodologías de prueba entre laboratorios internos, laboratorios de clientes y/o laboratorios de terceros
- Comenzar a brindar orientación a los químicos junior sobre procedimientos estándar simples
Lo que esperamos de ti:
- Licenciatura en Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos, Ingeniería en Alimentos, Ingeniería Química, Química en Alimentos o carreras equivalente.
- Experiencia demostrable de al menos 5 años en el puesto.
- Experiencia en estudios de vida de anaquel de los productos de línea y de nuevos desarrollos.
- Seguridad Alimentaria y Normas (Norma Mexicanas, BRCGS, HACCP, FDA, Codex Alimentario).
