Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. Are you early in your career and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? This role supports Sales Account Managers through essential organizational support and the coordination of daily projects and priorities. What you’ll do:

• Enter document requests into Sensient Docs and the Customer Request portal; compile and send large requests via OneDrive.
• Assist the Pricing team with annual price letter creation and process sample requests into Salesforce.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including regular updates to sales support staff, account managers, CS managers, sales directors, and GMs regarding special situations.
• Address basic sales issues and act as a liaison between Sales and Customer Service to ensure corrective actions and root causes are communicated to customers.
• Handle miscellaneous projects as requested and perform other evolving team duties.
• Support overall workflow and team coordination by responding promptly to requests and maintaining organized task execution.

What you’ll bring:

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Corporate or professional work experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data and reporting, with prior reporting experience preferred
• Proficiency with computer tools including Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze information
• Confidence in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing work effectively

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
