Descripción
Buscamos un Técnico de Control de Calidad para unirse a nuestro equipo y desempeñar un papel fundamental y los lineamientos y procedimientos aplicables establecidos por la compañía con el fin fabricar alimentos inocuos y cumpliendo los estándares de calidad.
Qué harás:
Recepción de materias primas: chequeo del estado de la mercadería, recolección de CoA y factura, muestreo de materiales dependiendo del tipo de riesgo (exceptuando materiales de otras filiales Sensient), ejecución de los análisis microbiológicos y fisicoquímicos, elaboración de etiquetas, liberación de materiales en el sistema JDE.
Chequeo de los pesos de las materias primas antes de las producciones basados en las ordenes de trabajo.
Verificación del estado de las balanzas,
realizando las comprobaciones con masas patrón calibradas y calibraciones internas.
Muestreo de los productos terminados durante la producción. Rotulación de las muestras. Realización de análisis fisicoquímico, sensoriales y microbiológicos indicados en la ficha técnica de cada material. En el caso de productos fuera de especificación se toma la decisión junto con el Supervisor de Control de Calidad de las acciones a tomar, registrando todas las correcciones a implementar.
