Innovation Technician

Analytics Team: Lead flavor research and analysis using instrumentation like HPLC, GC, and GC-MS. Improve and develop lab workflows and methodologies. Mentor staff to ensure both technical excellence and financial success through collaborative efforts.
Flavor Creation Team: Develop innovative flavors across diverse market segments, including Beverage, Savory, and Sweet. Work closely with customers and our Applications Teams to deliver impactful, tailored solutions which drive growth and exceed market expectations.
Sensory Team: Design and execute sensory and consumer research to provide in-depth understanding of products and consumers for product development, optimization and maintenance. Conduct panels and apply statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights. Lead training of cross-functional teams and customers in flavor language.
Innovation Team: Utilize scientific expertise to develop cutting-edge ingredients, formulations, and technologies. Contribute to groundbreaking product advancements. Collaborate with a global network of Sensient scientists to shape our industry's future.
Applications Team: Partner with customers in labs and at their facilities to bring their product visions to life. Solve challenges, provide creative solutions to deliver innovative products which align with customer goals across various industries.

Innovation Technician

Nous cherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Chimiste R&D / Innovation Technician pour un CDD de 12 mois pour le site Sensient Cosmetic Technologies de Saint Ouen l’Aumône (Val d’Oise, France).
Venez rejoindre notre équipe pour travailler sur la caractérisation et le développement de matières colorantes pour l’industrie cosmétique.
Rattaché(e) au Sr Innovation Manager du laboratoire Innovation Couleur, vous participez au développement d’ingrédients cosmétiques. Vous serez en charge de créer, de caractériser et d’évaluer les performances de matières colorantes diverses (organiques et minérales), afin de créer de nouveaux produits ou de maintenir les gammes existantes.
Vos missions :
Caractérisation de matières colorantes notamment dans un contexte règlementaire en pleine évolution (microplastiques, nano particules)
Mise en place et développement de méthodes analytiques
Développement de nouvelles matières colorantes cosmétiques répondant à un cahier des charges
Interprétation et documentation des résultats, rédaction des rapports, présentation des résultats obtenus
Votre profil :
Formation Bac +2/3 en chimie, chimie des matériaux ou chimie analytique (MEB, HPLC, GC/MS) ou une expérience équivalente dans ce secteur.
Des connaissances en synthèse organique seraient un plus
Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et créatif(ve), avec la capacité de travailler en autonomie sur les missions confiées et d’être force de proposition
Maîtrise du Pack Office indispensable (PowerPoint, Word, Excel),
Maitrise de l’anglais (écrit, oral)
