Production Operator
Nous cherchons un opérateur de production, en travail posté de jour, pour le site de Saint Ouen l’Aumône (Val d’Oise, France) pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Rattaché(e) au superviseur de production, vous serez en charge d’effectuer des fabrications de matières colorantes en respectant les protocoles de fabrication. Surveiller et conduire et de manière rapprochée un appareil de fabrication et / ou de conditionnement exigeant un mode opératoire précis, dans le respect des consignes de fabrication, de qualité, de sécurité et de protection de l'environnement.
- Mise en route, arrêt, redémarrage d'une ou plusieurs machines / appareils
- Contrôle de la conformité quantitative et qualitative des matières premières, produits semi-finis et/ou finis, emballages, du matériel
- Pesées en fonction du nombre de fraction en respectant les consignes de la fiche de fabrication
- Mélange des ingrédients
- Surveillance et pilotage, auto-contrôle du process (par échantillonnage, visuellement)
- Réglages manuels ou automatisés lors des changements de séries, formats, de recettes, d'outils
- Transfert du contenu de la machine dans des fûts ou autres (transitoires ou produits finis)
- Etiquetage des produits fabriqués
- Renseignement des fiches d'activités et de production (qualité, volume, incidents de fonctionnement, etc..)
- Réalisation des relevés et des mesures liées aux appareils.
- Rangement et nettoyage du poste de travail, de son environnement immédiat et de son matériel de travail
- Signalement de toute anomalie de fonctionnement
Votre profil :
Vous avez des connaissances en Chimie, ou une expérience équivalente dans ce secteur.
Vous avez travaillé dans l’industrie cosmétique, pharmaceutique ou agroalimentaire.
Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et créatif(ve), avec la capacité de travailler en autonomie sur les missions confiées et d’être force de proposition
