QA Specialist I

Nous cherchons un responsable Système Qualité et Bonnes pratiques en CDD (un an) pour le site de Saint Ouen l’Aumône (Val d’Oise, France) pour rejoindre notre équipe Qualité motivée et investie.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Qualité, vous aurez la charge de coordonner la mise en place de la norme ISO9001 (audit prévu début juin 2026) et superviser le pilotage du système Qualité du site en conformité avec les bonnes pratiques de fabrication d’ingrédients cosmétiques, 5 jours par semaine.
Vos missions :
- Finaliser le gap assessment ISO9001 avec chaque pilote de processus
- Monitorer les indicateurs, les plans d’actions ainsi que les risques et opportunités de chaque processus
- Gérer la documentation du site (relecture, approbation, archivage) et créer les procédures Qualité associées
- Piloter le plan de Métrologie
- Suivre la mise en place des fiches d’habilitations avec les pilotes de processus
- Pilotage des fournisseurs
- Définir et coordonner le programme d’audits internes et coordonner les audits clients et fournisseurs
- Suivre les CAPA et gérer les relances
- Réaliser les accueils qualité des nouveaux collaborateurs et assurer la formation des employés aux éléments du système qualité et aux bonnes pratiques
Votre profil :
- Formation Ingénieur ou Master, idéalement en Qualité, Chimie, Biochimie ou une expérience équivalente dans ce secteur.
- Connaissance de la norme ISO9001 et maitrise de sa mise en œuvre. Idéalement vous avez déjà participé / géré un projet de certification
- Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) avec de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de gestion de projets
- Aisance relationnelle et capacité à interagir avec différents interlocuteurs et dans un environnement changeant
- Connaissance des outils de résolution de problème (Ishikawa, 5P, QQOQCP ..), d’analyse de risques.
- Maitrise de l’anglais (écrit, oral)
