DESCRIPCIÓN
Dar seguimiento a las actividades realizadas en materia de limpieza de equipos, monitoreo de análisis microbiológico, control químico y seguimiento al manejo integrado de plagas por parte del proveedor de Sensient Flavors Planta Celaya, así como garantizar la calidad, legalidad e inocuidad de los productos elaborados.
¿QUÉ HARÁS?
- Líder de Calidad e Inocuidad. Cumplimiento de prerrequisitos, Fraude y defensa alimentaria; HACCP, según aplique.
- BRC. Implantación, mantenimiento y mejora de los procesos necesarios para el sistema de seguridad alimentaria.
- Cultura de Seguridad Alimentaria. Implementar la cultura de Seguridad Alimentaria a través de entrenamientos, especificaciones, con el objetivo de garantizar el compromiso de las áreas involucradas y reducir el producto potencialmente no peligroso y las reclamaciones de los clientes.
- Verificación de las BPF en el sitio. Verificar que los compañeros de trabajo sigan y respeten las BPMs en la Planta y reportar en la bitácora los incidentes ocurridos durante el turno.
- Saneamiento ambiental preventivo. Saneamiento ambiental de acuerdo con el programa; es una actividad continua, dando prioridad a las Zonas Higiénicas.
