Buscamos un Supervisor de Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo y apoyar el negocio de sabores en Tlalnepantla. El Supervisor de Mantenimiento deberá garantizar la seguridad en las operaciones de mantenimiento, optimizar los recursos de mantenimiento y en conjunto con la producción, minimizar el tiempo de inactividad.
¿QUÉ HARÁS?
- Generar rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo.
- Garantizar la operación las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana.
- Investigar las causas raíz de las fallas más importantes.
- Contribuir al cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Mantenimiento (AMMS).
- Informar sobre incidentes, tiempso extras, relacionados con la conducta y la disciplina del personal de mantenimiento y los contratistas especializados.
- Preparar y difundir paneles de control de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).
- Participar en proyectos de mejora.
