Our Sales Development Training Program is a great way to begin an exciting and rewarding sales career with us. Aspiring sales professionals familiarize themselves with our company, our product offerings, and our customers while building their network and honing their skills. This program is great for people who are energized by the potential to earn an uncapped sales incentive by selling interesting products to engaging customers – and are willing to put in the effort to learn what they need to know to succeed.
what happens here
Sales Development Training Program participants gain a deep knowledge about our products and customers by working in our labs and supporting our customer service teams. With this critical foundation, they learn how to generate sales with existing and potential customers while working under the direct oversight of their business’s Commercial Director. They receive individualized coaching from our program coordinator, who is hand-selected from the ranks of our highest-achieving sales professionals to develop the next generation of sales superstars. They also get the rare and extraordinary opportunity to participate in a CEO-led small group training on sales fundamentals. They also form a community with their peers in the program, developing friendships and professional connections that could last a lifetime.
Prior graduates of our Sales Development Training Program are some of our most successful Sales Account Managers and sales leaders. The Sales Development Training Program lasts a minimum of two years. Upon completion, participants are placed in an available open sales territory, and therefore must be willing and able to relocate upon completion of the program.
When I joined the Sales Development Training Program, I wasn’t convinced that sales was for me. Turns out, it was the best decision of my life. I learned about the business and discovered how much I enjoy working with people to help them find solutions to their problems. Being in sales and helping others gives me a sense of gratification.
