Inside Sales Account Manager, Food Colors

Sensient Food Colors Europe is looking to hire an Inside Sales Account Manager.

Your mission is to create demand generation with existing and potential customers through a proactive and dedicated approach, mainly via direct telephone/online contact with customers and occasional field visits. This position is responsible for customers in UK & Ireland, and it is 100% office based in one of our regional sites (King's Lynn or Milton Keynes, UK)

You will be part of the UK & Ireland Food Colors team reporting to the UK & Ireland sales manager.


What you’ll do:

  • You will be given ownership over sales and service with existing and potential customers for our Food Colors products in UK & Ireland 
  • You will be working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.  
  • As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.
  • Seek, engage and partner with key customer decision makers to develop new color sales within accounts. This includes developing, implementing, and managing account-specific strategies to achieve sales goals and coordinating creative projects to bring added value to the customer.
  • Grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships
  • In addition to the above you will act as support for the broader UK & Ireland sales team.
